Service Technician III - Remote

Overview

The Service Technician III at Solenis is responsible for routine equipment monitoring and service, ensuring safety and efficiency in water treatment applications.

In Short

• Perform routine equipment monitoring and service.
• Conduct routine lab testing at customer sites.
• Identify and address safety issues in applications.
• Set up and troubleshoot new feed equipment.
• Document inventory counts at customer sites.
• Adjust chemical systems based on performance testing.
• Alert site managers of any issues or opportunities.
• Manage spare parts inventory and orders.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Flexibility in schedule with after-hours service visits required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Chemical handling experience is a plus.
• Must live within 45 minutes of the customer.
• Flexibility for after-hours calls and weekend OT.
