• Multi-channel Strategy: Design and execute campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and industry platforms with large budgets.
• Lead Generation & ABM: Create conversion funnels and Account-Based Marketing strategies to attract decision-makers (Facility & Property Managers).
• High-Impact SEO: Optimize organic visibility and local SEO across a footprint of 27 states, including managing Google Business Profiles.
• Automation: Implement and optimize workflows in HubSpot to nurture leads through long sales cycles (6+ months).

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in B2B Performance Marketing (preferably in commercial services).
• Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (essential), Salesforce, Google Ads, and SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs).
• Analytical Vision: Ability to create KPI dashboards and report results directly to management.
• Agility: Ability to adjust recruitment and marketing strategies based on market fluctuations.
