Overview

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the execution of all marketing campaigns with high quality, accuracy, and timeliness, requiring a solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand delivery by following established processes.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to update and optimize website content.
• Summarize marketing performance scorecards and track key metrics.
• Conduct desktop competitive research and prepare reports.
• Work closely with the CMO to support growth objectives.
• Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• High English language proficiency is necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, consulting, or agency environments.
• Experience in market research and analytics.
• Graphic design experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus.
• Experience using CMS platforms, preferably WordPress.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
• Basic project management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Goal-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
