Junior Bilingual Paralegal - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Paralegal with excellent writing skills in English and Spanish to assist in preparing complex immigration petitions before USCIS, including EB-1A, NIW, and O-1. This role focuses on drafting support letters for attorneys, evidence summaries, merit sections, and responses to RFEs/NOIDs.

• Draft and edit support letters, merit sections, and evidence narratives.
• Organize, analyze, and cite supporting documentation.
• Prepare responses to RFEs and NOIDs from USCIS.
• Apply consistent evidentiary criteria based on the type of immigration benefit.
• Manage schedules, priorities, and feedback from the legal team.
• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Experience in immigration law is a plus.
