• Lead the Nitro Growth team within the Consumer Revenue organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive vision and roadmap.
• Manage a team of full stack engineers, hiring and coaching them.
• Ensure scalable technical solutions and high-quality product delivery.

• Make strategic decisions regarding resources and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and data scientists.
• Commitment to delivering delightful experiences for users and stakeholders.
• Motivated to help team members succeed and grow.
• Technical proficiency and comfort with coding.
