Overview

Associate Directors are the most important people at Directive. They are directly responsible for both client and employee retention and their performance is directly reflected in our P&L.

In Short

• Responsible for setting goals for client engagements.
• Ensure clients follow best practices across all channels.
• Support strategists in overcoming approval roadblocks.
• Build structure and empower teams through clear communication.
• Achieve NSM attainment and maintain high CSAT scores.
• Drive bookings of $150k for each half of the year.

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, particularly with SaaS companies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proficient in LTV:CAC modeling and customer generation strategies.
• Excellent communication and accountability skills.
• Experience in client retention strategies.
• Ability to work remotely and manage virtual teams.
• Understanding of digital marketing best practices.
