Overview

Associate Directors are the most important people at Directive. They are directly responsible for both client and employee retention and their performance is directly reflected in our P&L.

In Short

  • Responsible for setting goals for client engagements.
  • Ensure clients follow best practices across all channels.
  • Support strategists in overcoming approval roadblocks.
  • Build structure and empower teams with clear communication.
  • Achieve NSM Attainment of 100% and CSAT of 4.2+
  • Drive bookings of $150k for each half of the year.
  • Work in a remote-first environment with flexibility.

Requirements

  • Experience in performance marketing, especially with SaaS companies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to set and achieve measurable goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with LTV:CAC modeling and customer generation strategies.
  • Proven track record in client retention and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage a virtual team.
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices.
