Overview

As a Service Desk Engineer, your primary role is to deliver exceptional service to our customers by resolving their technical issues in a timely manner.

In Short

• Provide first line and escalated technical support for Microsoft and Fortinet environments.
• Manage helpdesk ticket queue SLA.
• Create customer walkthrough guides and internal Knowledge Base articles.
• Administer Microsoft 365 user management including Intune, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Troubleshoot and provision computers and network devices.
• Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on empathy.
• Ability to think clearly under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who is driven and resourceful.
• Comfortable working remotely full-time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Service Desk or Technical Support Engineer.
• Must have 2 or more current Microsoft 365 or Azure certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 user management, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager is desirable.
• Previous experience in an MSP is highly desirable.
