Systems Engineer - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a skilled and adaptable Systems Engineer to join our tight-knit team. In this role, you’ll support escalated technical issues, contribute to ongoing projects, and assist with day-to-day system operations and maintenance.

• Managing and resolving escalated support tickets
• Participating in ongoing infrastructure and migration projects
• Contributing to planning and implementation of systems improvements
• Handling ad-hoc technical duties as they arise
• Supporting other team members as needed
• Logging billable hours accurately in the ticketing system

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft 365 Stack, Entra, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint
• Azure framework/design experience
• Experience with virtualization platforms
• Knowledge in containerization & Kubernetes
• Experience with enterprise backup solutions
• Strong communication skills, adaptable, team player
• Proactive and self-motivated
