Overview

The Level 2-3 Engineer role is a generalized support role, working closely with two IT Engineers in Australia. The role will entail a mixture of dealing with automated tickets via RMM and client-initiated tickets. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide desktop, server, network and cloud infrastructure support to various clients.

  • Ensure backups and managed printer services are operational.
  • Collaborate with a team of IT professionals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years in a managed services provider environment.
  • Valid Microsoft Certifications are highly regarded.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • Understanding of networking, domain names, and DNS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Administration.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a professional approach.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
