IT Specialist – Level 3 - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an IT Specialist with expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Automation. The role focuses on enhancing IT operations, improving security, and increasing efficiency through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate should be technically skilled, proactive, and a great problem solver.

In Short

• Automate IT workflows using PowerShell, Power Automate, and API integrations.
• Manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) and Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Maintain and improve security using ISO27001 best practices and Microsoft Defender tools.
• Administer Azure services, including RBAC policies, monitoring, and disaster recovery.
• Configure Intune for endpoint and mobile device management, including Windows Autopilot.
• Troubleshoot IT issues for Windows and macOS devices, ensuring compliance and security.

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID.
• Experience with ConnectWise, SentinelOne, and Inforcer tools.
• Excellent documentation skills such as SOPs, technical guides, automation scripts and client communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and advanced automation techniques.
