The Technical Lead will join the Centro Engineering team to lead developers in building applications that integrate with external systems, supporting innovative products.

In Short

Lead and mentor a team of developers.
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Golang.

Requirements

5+ years of development experience.
2+ years as a senior/lead engineer.
Strong proficiency in Golang.
Experience with ORMs and unit test frameworks.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of Git and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience leading development teams.
Strong communication skills.
