Overview

The Selerix Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting technology implementations and ensuring smooth operations within the company. This position involves collaboration with various teams to address system issues, manage client data, and provide ongoing support.

In Short

  • Support Selerix technology implementations.
  • Coordinate with managers and users to identify and resolve system problems.
  • Manage client data imports/exports and discrepancy reports.
  • Provide on-call technical support for EDI vendor feeds.
  • Conduct data transaction analysis and recommend resolutions.
  • Train client HR partners on Selerix software.
  • Maintain system accuracy and perform audits.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for successful implementations.
  • Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Work under pressure during high volume client implementation periods.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or information systems.
  • 2-3 years of application/system analysis experience.
  • 2-3 years of insurance experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Visual Basic is a plus.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
