Join OneDigital as a Product Analyst in our AI Programs team, where you'll manage agile product processes and collaborate with engineers and business leaders to develop AI-powered tools.

In Short

• Manage agile product processes and sprints.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Analyze metrics and gather feedback for product enhancements.
• Prototype and test AI tools.
• Work closely with engineers on technical integrations.
• Maintain project boards and documentation in JIRA.
• Facilitate workshops and backlog grooming sessions.
• Translate technical concepts into non-technical stories.
• Drive sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Support the alignment of product roadmap with business objectives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a related role.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile frameworks.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with AI tools and development environments.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic scripting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Preferred experience in HR-tech or benefits domains.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Understanding of compliance/security in enterprise software.
• Engineering background is a plus.
