Product Analyst - Remote

Overview

At Weave, analysts are key strategic thought partners who generate insights to elevate our business across product strategy, customer health, and business growth. In this role, you will play a key part in driving product strategy and decision-making by providing data-driven insights into user behavior, product performance, and market trends. You will collaborate closely with product leaders, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Your analysis, recommendations, and dashboards will inspire action within the product organization and impact the company's growth trajectory.

In Short

• This position will be remote based in Brazil or Mexico.
• Reports to: Director of Data & Insights.
• Defining and measuring product success KPIs (MAU, adoption, retention, churn, etc...) to drive insights and product growth.
• Proactively contribute a data-driven perspective to the development and refinement of product strategy.
• Leverage dashboards and data analysis to inform and optimize product strategies.
• Analyze complex data, identify key trends, and communicate findings through clear visualizations.
• Develop and maintain key product dashboards using Sigma.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, data science, business analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product analytics experience, preferably in B2B.
• Proficiency in SQL with experience querying complex datasets.
• Advanced analytics techniques relevant to product analysis.
• Expertise in data visualization principles.
• Proven experience communicating data insights clearly.
• History of owning and driving analytical projects.
