In Short

• Manage full cycle leave administration for assigned clients.
• Develop relationships with HR and benefits teams.
• Support LOA administration cases and compliance with regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely responses.
• Monitor and identify process efficiencies.
• Assist with onboarding new clients.
• Coach managers on leave policy and processes.
• Provide Leave of Absence reports to clients.
• Participate in educational webinars to stay updated.
• Collaborate on specific projects related to leave administration.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in leave administration for mid to large companies.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Innovative and adaptable collaborator.
• Strong judgment and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of leave regulations (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• Ability to work with various personalities at all levels.
• Independent judgment and confidentiality.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
