• Support Bswift technology implementations.
• Coordinate with managers and users to identify and prioritize system issues.
• Manage client import/exports and payroll/carrier files.
• Provide on-call technical support for EDI vendor feeds.
• Conduct data transaction analysis and recommend solutions.
• Train client HR partners on Bswift software.
• Maintain system accuracy and audit files.
• Utilize Visual Basic and other programming skills.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
• 2-3 years of application/system analysis experience.
• 2-3 years of insurance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience with EDI files.
• Attention to detail.
