Agency Onboarding Specialist - P&C - Remote

Overview

The Agency Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing agency-to-agency account transfers and carrier appointments, ensuring timely and accurate onboarding of new agencies to OneDigital while providing exceptional customer service.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end agency onboarding process.
• Serve as primary contact for sellers and broker partners.
• Oversee agency-to-agency contract transfers.
• Correspond with internal stakeholders and external carriers.
• Maintain and monitor agent and agency appointment records.
• Conduct employee orientations and training on best practices.
• Resolve issues during transfer or appointment processes.
• Prepare and submit notifications to carriers.
• Develop and maintain key carrier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work with peers and individuals throughout the organization.
• Experience in broker transfers preferred.
• Commission-related experience preferred.
