Overview

As a 2nd Level Customer Support representative at Digistore24, you will leverage your analytical and organizational talents to solve challenges and communicate complex issues clearly in a collaborative remote work environment.

In Short

  • Provide customer support and online marketing consultation.
  • Handle technical inquiries and improve customer service through Zendesk.
  • Manage bug lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
  • Maintain and optimize Zendesk for the consulting team.

  • Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer contact and service.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work remotely.
  • Technical understanding and experience with Zendesk preferred.
  • Interest in online marketing and digital tools.
  • Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
