In Short

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic networking.
  • Revenue Generation: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Lead Conversion: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value of Dietitian Live to decision-makers.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with healthcare organizations, payors, and employer groups.
  • Strategic Outreach: Identify new market opportunities and verticals to drive growth.
  • CRM Management: Track all sales activity, forecasts, and deal progress in our CRM system with accuracy and accountability.
  • Relationship Expansion: Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on competitor offerings and industry trends to position Dietitian Live effectively in the market.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships (healthcare, telehealth, or wellness preferred).
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven selling.
