The Director of Portfolio & Program Management for Athlete Experience at DICK’S Sporting Goods is responsible for leading a team to manage and enhance the overall health of the Athlete Experience portfolio, focusing on cross-functional initiatives and technology integration.

• Master's degree in relevant field preferred.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PgMP, PMP) preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in consulting, Mar-Tech, Finance, or Strategy preferred.
