The Director, IT Portfolio Management, collaborates with business portfolio teams and Segment CIOs to align the IT portfolio and demand, focusing on scaling Agile methodologies and ensuring effective delivery of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of technical experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
• SAFe/Agile certification preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.
• Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
