Associate Director / Director of Client Portfolio Management - Remote

Overview

As a Director of Client Portfolio Management for our Institutional Client Segment you will own the portfolio solutioning process for Ethic’s Institutional business, working closely with clients to understand their sustainability and investment objectives.

In Short

• Consult with institutional clients on investments and present opportunities.
• Understand client needs and communicate Ethic's value proposition.
• Monitor Institutional accounts and conduct portfolio reviews.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and client operations teams.
• Work through complex portfolio management proposals.
• Create materials with various teams to communicate Ethic’s offerings.
• Oversee account service requests ensuring a great client experience.
• Cultivate strong client relationships for sustainable investing.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Develop understanding of Ethic’s technology and portfolio management.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in a client-facing role in asset management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving skills and curiosity.
• Knowledge of equity investments and sustainable investing.
• Experience with institutional investors.
• Passion for sustainability issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
