Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare sourcing or recruiting.
• Strong understanding or willingness to learn about CNMs, WHNPs, and LCSWs.
• Experience with sourcing passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with ATS systems like Greenhouse and sourcing tools.
