Overview

As a Field Service Supervisor at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you will lead a team of engineers in ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service in the field of InVitro Diagnostics.

In Short

Lead a high-performing field service team across multiple provinces.
Manage service documentation and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Drive customer satisfaction by resolving escalated technical issues.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Implement Danaher’s Problem Solving Process for operational excellence.
Participate in staffing decisions and performance development.
Ensure timely execution of Preventive Maintenance schedules.
Provide regular reports to management on field service operations.
Willingness to travel up to 70% within the territory.

Requirements

National Diploma or BTech in Biomedical Technology or equivalent.
Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong technical knowledge in Chemistry, Immunochemistry, and Hematology.
Proficiency in Oracle Service & Maintenance software and Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with ServiceMax and Salesforce platforms preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and results-driven.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
