Growth Marketing Lead - Remote

Overview

In this role you will support DFINITY's continuous growth across all digital channels, in collaboration with the rest of the Global Marketing & Adoption team. By utilizing growth marketing techniques, you will improve the reach, frequency and ultimately the Share of Voice, conversion and engagement across our main target groups – be it a developer looking to build a Web3 or AI application, an enterprise looking to enhance data security, a government or NGO eager to employ cutting-edge technology to solve real-world problems, or tech enthusiasts who are interested in the unique solutions enabled by the Internet Computer.

In Short

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and programs.
• Optimize marketing campaigns and monitor performance.
• Ensure effective allocation of resources and track campaign performance.
• Improve website effectiveness and create landing pages.
• Implement SEO for the website.
• Plan and execute paid search and social media advertising.
• Ensure campaign testing and continuous data-driven improvement.
• Work collaboratively with other teams for campaign assets.
• Promote data-driven content creation.
• Provide weekly reports and insights to the Marketing team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in growth marketing.
• 2+ years of marketing experience with blockchain/Web3 projects.
• Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, CRO, and SEO.
• Expertise with acquisition analysis and A/B testing.
• Up-to-date knowledge of mobile performance marketing.
• Excellent copywriting skills and spoken English.
• Hands-on, proactive and diligent.
• Keen interest in Crypto, Blockchain, DeFi, AI.
• An analytical mindset and proven track record in digital marketing.
• Competent working in a fast-paced environment.
