Overview

Offchain Labs is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead who can drive the user adoption of Web3 games with innovative Web3 growth techniques to ensure the success of games launching on Arbitrum.

• Develop and execute comprehensive user growth strategies for gaming partners.
• Design and implement strategic growth incentive campaigns.
• Serve as a strategic growth consultant to gaming partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth management, preferably in gaming and/or Web3.
• In-depth knowledge of the Web3 gaming ecosystem.
• Good grasp of Web3 gaming user funnel challenges.
• Effective relationship builder with strong communication skills.
• Strongly entrepreneurial and autonomous.
• Ability to work across time zones with global partners.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
