Overview

The Billing Administrator is responsible for accurate and timely preparation and processing of customer invoices, maintaining internal customer relationships, and recommending process improvements.

In Short

  • Execute daily AR billing duties efficiently.
  • Collect and enter data accurately.
  • Create timely and accurate invoices.
  • Follow up on missing or incomplete information.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation.
  • Submit invoices per customer requirements.
  • Communicate issues and recommendations to the Manager.
  • Sustain a high level of customer focus.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Perform other accounting or administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in billing or administrative function.
  • Background in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar programs preferred.
  • Experience with invoice submission programs is an asset.
  • Fluency in French is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in written and verbal business communication.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time-management and decision-making skills.
