Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Billing Analyst is responsible for Project Maintenance, Project Invoicing, Project Reporting and Analysis, assisting Project Managers and Stakeholders as required.

In Short

• Setting up Projects in line with Project Managers requirements.
• Reforecasting projects as needed.
• Ensuring billing is completed per Project Managers instructions.
• Includes Fixed Price and Time & Materials Invoicing.
• Monitor and manage invoices for assigned workload.
• Attach final invoice packages in Oracle.
• Verify receipt of contracts in the Contracts Storage System.
• Interface with Cash Receipts and Accounts Payable departments.
• Monitor validation reports for project setup issues.
• Maintain forecast and actual project billing dates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Exposure in Shared Service or Multinational environment is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results oriented and proactive team player.
• Can work under pressure and minimal supervision.
