Overview

As a Custom Solutions Developer at DevSavant, you will build customer-facing automation solutions using our Communications Automation Platform and AI-powered Workflows, contributing to innovative and high-quality technology solutions.

• Build customer-facing automation solutions.
• Develop code, scripts, and custom reports.
• Contribute to design documents and participate in reviews.
• Identify and solve complex technical problems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Communicate issue severity and status to management.

• Provide on-demand support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning.
• At least 2 years of experience with Node JS, Angular JS, Express JS, React JS, and Mongoose JS.
• Experience implementing RESTful web APIs.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or R.
• Strong understanding of OO design principles.
• Experience troubleshooting software issues.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and PHP is a plus.
• Git and Docker experience is a plus.
