• Identify and connect with art-freelance 2D, 3D, VFX, animation, and technical artists.
• Conduct outreach and nurture long-term relationships with potential creative partners.
• Understand the difference between art styles, pipelines, and specialties.
• Evaluate artist portfolios in collaboration with the Art Director and Pre-Production Lead.
• Maintain internal CRM systems and ensure artist data is up to date.
• Track outreach, availability, quality benchmarks, and provide structured reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast upcoming hiring needs.

• Background in 2D/3D art or game production.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Artistically literate with a passion for co-development and game art.
