• Hiring an experienced Designer/Product Manager with strong game design skills.
• Focus on planning and executing live events and economy tuning.
• Collaborate with Design and leadership to define goals and success criteria.
• Maintain and evolve game rules and balance lists based on feedback.
• Propose and approve gameplay or system changes as necessary.
• Review economy and content using player feedback and playtest results.
• Define and tune economies against product and market goals.
• Identify new content or features and prioritize the backlog.
• Coordinate player-facing communications with Marketing and Community teams.
• Manage release readiness and document learnings for future improvements.

Requirements

• Strong experience in game design and live-ops.
• Ability to analyze data and player feedback effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with game economy tuning and balancing.
• Proficiency in creating user stories and managing backlogs.
• Familiarity with live tools for game testing and event setup.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
