Group Controller, Head of Accounting & Systems - Remote

Overview

Devoted Studios is a production management company for external development in the video games industry. We are seeking a senior finance leader and the internal product owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

In Short

• Own the full global IFRS accounting and management-reporting cycle.
• Co-lead the roll-out and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 BC.
• Build and coach a finance & accounting team.
• Manage financial accounting, cash flow, payroll, and compliance.
• Drive automation of core accounting processes.
• Establish effective internal controls and risk management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments.
• Support external audits and compliance efforts.
• Champion a culture of financial accuracy and process improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IFRS accounting and financial reporting.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC.
• Strong understanding of cash flow management and payroll processing.
• Experience with tax compliance and financial systems governance.
• Ability to build and lead a financial team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Power BI is preferred.
