In Short

• Manage and execute member-facing communications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, operations, and product.
• Design timely and accessible messages.
• Use digital channels like SMS, email, and web for engagement.
• Track and report on campaign performance.
• Manage timelines and workflows in Monday.com.
• Support compliance and translation processes.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in content strategy or communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in content strategy, communications, or engagement marketing.
• Strong bias for action.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Experience managing communications across multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable using campaign data for decision-making.
• Familiarity with SMS, email, and digital member communication tools.
