Overview

The CRM Operations Specialist will focus on developing and implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, working in a bilingual environment (Spanish and English).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in CRM management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Hubspot and Braze.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing and audience segmentation.
• Experience with data analysis and SQL.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level).
• Familiarity with Wyng and Segment is a plus.
