Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. This role plays a critical part in supporting ongoing process and report automation efforts, FP&A activities, driving business strategy, and contributing to financial closing and budgeting processes. The ideal candidate will be technology focused, analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging data to inform decision-making.

In Short

• Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Play a key role in the reporting automation initiative, including dashboard development and data visualization.
• Interact with ERP, CRM, and various reporting systems to load, extract, validate, and analyze financial data.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with business strategy.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to the development and management of budgets and financial models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or CPA a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• SQL or DAX experience a plus.
• Automation and dashboarding projects experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
