Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

This role is for a motivated Finance or Accounting professional who excels in financial modeling and annual planning, capable of managing complex workflows and building strong relationships across teams.

In Short

• Help build and maintain financial forecast modeling.
• Assist in loan inventory management and cash forecasting.
• Responsible for annual budgets and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial information and provide recommendations.
• Support financial team leadership.
• Develop analyses using financial reporting tools.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and month-end financial statements analysis.
• Partner with Finance team for accurate forecast support.
• Execute process improvement and ad hoc analysis.
• Manage ad hoc projects as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 2 - 4 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Strong quantitative skills and financial modeling knowledge.
• Knowledge of US GAAP is beneficial.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and database systems.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently on multiple projects.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• Professional certification like CFA, MBA, or CPA is a plus.
