• Looking for a solution-oriented Partner Manager.
• Develop strong relationships between customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Responsible for the successful enablement and growth of strategic partners.
• Coordinate ongoing enablement activities in implementation and hiring success.
• Oversee strategic implementation projects and provide guidance.
• Support resourcing efforts and collaborate with internal team leads.
• Develop and maintain training documentation and collateral.
• Track towards defined billable utilization rates.
• Be a self-starter motivated to support the SI Partner Program.
• Coach and mentor partners for effective service delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in project management or account management.
• Ability to lead large enablement sessions.
• Experience managing SI Partner relationships.
• Engagement with Talent Acquisition functions.
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue growth.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Desire for continuous learning and improvement.
• Proven ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
• Ability to manage customer and partner needs and expectations.
