Overview

The Service Delivery Manager will work as part of the Shared Functions Team, acting as the interface between corporate users/customers and technical teams, ensuring the smooth implementation of customer demands.

In Short

  • Function as the interface between corporate users/customers and technical teams.
  • Clarify outstanding issues and obtain missing information for customer orders.
  • Coordinate communication between customers and technical teams.
  • Monitor internal order implementation and initiate invoicing when necessary.
  • Maintain regular contact with international customers.
  • Drive user/customer surveys for capability network services.
  • Work in a multicultural environment with both German and Hungarian colleagues.
  • Address customer demands while managing conflicts and proposing solutions.
  • Utilize strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Possibility of remote work within Hungary.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Basic networking knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate limitations clearly.
