Overview

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing people, operations, budgets, project delivery, and strategy in a leading IT solutions company.

• Responsible for people, operations, budgets, project delivery and strategy.
• Plan and supervise the operation of services while maintaining service levels and budgetary limitations.
• Coordinate service delivery activities and handle emerging problems and conflicts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT operations management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Agile leadership experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.
• Good technical understanding of Cloud environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security.
• Proactive leadership style focused on ownership and results.
• English B2+ proficiency.
