Overview

We are seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to take end-to-end accountability for customer service delivery in the hyperscalers domain, ensuring successful implementation of customer projects and managing service quality.

In Short

  • Manage customer service delivery for hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Supervise contract fulfillment and optimization.
  • Conduct onboarding, offboarding, and change processes for customers.
  • Manage invoicing processes in OSS/BSS systems.
  • Ensure adherence to established standards and processes.
  • Manage procurement of services and contracts with suppliers.
  • Observe budgets and reduce costs effectively.
  • Apply project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Ensure cost-effective implementation of IT infrastructure expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and project management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Financial management and budgeting knowledge.
  • Knowledge of hyperscaler services and best practices.
  • SAP knowledge is essential.
  • Certifications in ITIL, CSM, PMP, or Hyperscalers are advantageous.
  • Experience working with external partners.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and deliver results.
