Overview

The Customer Delivery Manager will take end-to-end accountability for customer service delivery in the hyperscaler area, focusing on Microsoft Azure. This role involves managing service quality, optimizing portfolios, and collaborating with management to drive success.

In Short

  • Manage customer service delivery for hyperscalers.
  • Supervise contract fulfilment and optimization.
  • Conduct onboarding, offboarding, and change processes for customers.
  • Manage invoicing processes in OSS/BSS systems.
  • Ensure adherence to established standards and processes.
  • Manage supplier contracts and tenders.
  • Observe budgets and reduce costs.
  • Apply project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Ensure cost-effective IT infrastructure expansion.
  • Collaborate with customers to analyze requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and project management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Financial management and budgeting knowledge.
  • Knowledge of hyperscaler services and best practices.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Certifications in ITIL, CSM, PMP, or Hyperscalers are advantageous.
  • Proven experience with external partners.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously.
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of German is appreciated.
