The Credit Controller I - Finnish Speaker is responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments through effective communication and resolution of outstanding invoices.

• Ensure customers pay on due dates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English.
• At least 1 year of experience in finance or collections.
• Experience in BPO industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts based on business needs.
