Overview

The Credit Controller II is responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and resolving outstanding invoices while maintaining communication with customers.

• Manage and collect outstanding invoices from customers.
• Ensure compliance with credit and collection policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Finance or Collections.
• Experience in BPO is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work day shifts.
• Proficiency in account analysis and decision-making.
