Overview

The #2 Subscription Services Operator is responsible for overseeing the setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of equipment in a printing plant, ensuring high-quality output and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher, vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Experience leading and training others in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Competent with rulers and measurement tools.
• Ability to operate various production machinery.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift and handle weights up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment.
• Pass background check and drug test as required.
