Overview

As a Senior Customer Service Representative for Automotive customers, you will manage customer relationships and be the main contact for queries, ensuring service quality and satisfaction.

In Short

  • Manage customer relationships and act as a single point of contact.
  • Handle order management and customer inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with purchase order requirements.
  • Prepare and review reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in Czech and English.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Strong relationship building and networking skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a compliance-focused culture.
  • Flexibility in adapting to priorities.
