Overview

As a Key Account Manager for the Data Center Segment at 3M, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with innovative teams and make a significant impact in driving Data Center growth across Europe.

In Short

  • Develop and execute territory-specific business plans aligned with EMEA goals.
  • Identify and grow relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with sales reps and cross-functional teams for customer support.
  • Represent 3M’s EMD portfolio and articulate value propositions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for various stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and report forecasts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe up to 40% of the time.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Substantial sales experience, preferably in electrical or data center sectors.
  • Proven success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with international customers and teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Understanding of Data Center market dynamics.
  • Fluency in additional European languages is a plus.
