• Provides technical support to engineers to improve production and operations processes.
• Monitors instruments and equipment, collecting operating data.
• Analyzes and resolves malfunctions of instruments and control systems.
• Conducts analyses and prepares reports using metrics.
• Maintains process designs to optimize equipment and facility use.
• Uses schematics and diagrams for testing and troubleshooting.
• Gathers and manipulates technical data using established procedures.
• May suggest improvements to optimize work processes.
• Responsible for providing guidance and training to lower-level employees.
• Communicates with internal contacts to provide technical information.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent, vocational or technical education.
• Ability to perform detailed mathematical calculations.
• Experience in technical activities requiring considerable judgment.
• Ability to work under limited supervision.
• Experience in running minor projects and interpreting data.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to propose solutions to technical problems.
• Experience in providing training and coaching to others.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
