Overview

This role focuses on delivering expert product advice and technical training to sales teams while providing in-field support and insights for institutional products.

In Short

  • Train new hires on technical and product applications.
  • Act as a key contact for technical questions related to tenders and customer requests.
  • Participate in field tests for new innovations.
  • Support the launch and implementation of innovations through training.
  • Provide local customer insights to R&D and marketing.
  • Keep records of queries and support provided.
  • Update R&D and marketing on market developments.
  • Develop digital skills of Field Sales through training.
  • Report quality issues through the eQMS process.
  • Collaborate with various functions for support materials.

Requirements

  • B.S. or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in an Eastern European language and English; German is beneficial.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Quick learner with a digital-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to engage and energize teams.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Customer-focused with a strong service mindset.
  • Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time.
  • Valid driving license.
