We are looking for a proactive Customer Marketing Manager ready to shape and scale customer engagement for our leading SaaS platform. In this exciting role, you’ll design and execute impactful customer communication strategies that inform, empower, and inspire our users.

In Short

• Shape and execute customer communication strategy across all channels.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B customer communication or content management.
• Hands-on experience with customer communication platforms.
• Proven skills in copywriting and storytelling.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• A data-driven mindset for analysing results and optimising strategies.
• Experience in automating communication processes.
• Near to native-level fluency in German and excellent proficiency in English.
